The Alaja Rosado is a young red wine made from 100% Monastrell. It has a strawberry pink-red color. Fruit aromas and abundant red fruit. In the mouth tasty and fresh equivalent of acidity very fruity, round and pleasant ideal with marinated fish such as turbot, sea bass, sea bream, cod, shrimp with cream sauce, seafood, chicken, grilled meat and Italian pasta with marinara sauce.
